  • 北社盟總幹事胡宜庭說，從5大議題來看，今年北市在婦女福利政策上進展較大，包含推動婦女夜間候車區、哺集乳室及性別友善廁所，以及友善托育政策；另外，婦女就業部分也有進步，相較之下，老人、兒童及身障議題等議題，著力較不足。

    • 近60個社福團體組成的「台北市社會福利聯盟」，曾在市長柯文哲上任前提出民間版社會福利政策白皮書，關注兒童、少年、婦女、老人及身心障礙等5大議題，隨著柯上任將滿2年，北社盟昨指出，市府今年在婦女福利政策上進步顯著，其他4類則有待加強，除社會局外，其他局處應一起動起來。

    北社盟先前提出61項民間版社福政策，多數與社會局、勞動局、衛生局與教育局業務相關，時隔2年，北社盟昨召開記者會評點各政策績效，發現社會局回應相關議題比例達6成，表現可圈可點，但在建立視障者機構、失智老人機構及減輕老弱照顧婦女負擔等項目，仍是毫無作為。
